These are fantastic! I love love the designs. My only real crit is that the one in the middle seems less thought-out than the other two. The sticks he's holding are a bit ambiguous, the composition is a little stiff, and the background is less intricate. Perhaps you could have him surrounded by more hats, or a mountain of boxes behind him? I'm not familiar with the character's purpose per se, but I think the image should tell his story a little more thoroughly.
Other than that, I am super impressed. Absolutely great work.
